How Do I Book An Appointment?
The quickest way to make a booking is using our online booking system. However if you’d prefer to speak with me directly then please do give the clinic a call on 01745 824970. I can’t always get to the phone, so please do leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible. Alternatively you can also Whatsapp the clinic on 01745 824970.
Where Can I Park?
There are several free car parks near by for you to use. These are located at Tesco, The Library and The Bowling Green.
How Can I Pay?
We accept both cash & card payments, including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
Will I Need A Patch Test?
All Semi-Permanent Makeup, tinting and lifting treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Do I Have To Pay A Deposit?
Some bookings require non refundable booking fee to secure, this will be taken off the cost of your treatment. If your treatment requires this you will be notified at the time of booking.
What Happens If I Need To Cancel?
We understand that things can happen and crop up in life and so we have a cancellation policy in place to protect both you and us from any awkward situations. Should you need to move your appointment as long as we have a minimum of 48 hours notice any booking fee or voucher will be carried over to a new date. If we have less than 48 hours notice any deposit/ voucher will be lost.
Do You Sell Vouchers?
We do. And we love hearing all about the birthday and special occasion treats you give your loved ones using our RDR vouchers! You can purchase these on our website on our 'Vouchers' page or by popping into clinic.
